Privacy notice for website users
With this page we intend to inform users of this website about the way it is managed with regard to the processing of their personal data, as required by Articles 13 and 14 of European Regulation No. 679/2016. This notice also respects and complies with Recommendation No. 2/2001 which the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Group established under Article 29 of Directive 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the online collection of personal data and, in particular, the methods, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they access web pages, regardless of the purposes of the access. By consulting this website, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed.
It is specified that the consent mechanisms will be evident, brief and easily understandable; if the original conditions for which consent was requested were to change (for example, if the purpose of the processing of the data changed), further consent will be requested pursuant to European Regulation No. 679/2016.
The data controller is BeEventi, contactable by e-mail at info@beeventi.com.
Types of data that may be collected
Data voluntarily provided by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of common personal data (such as personal details and contact details) on this website entails the subsequent acquisition of such data by the Data Controller.
In particular:
- If you are requesting information through an online form, your data will be processed by our venue finding service and subsequently, in the event of confirmation, by the managers of the venues who, as independent data controllers, will contact you for the management of the event.
Personal and contact data will also be communicated to the event suppliers, who will process them as independent data controllers.
All personal data collected are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
Your data will be processed exclusively by authorized and trained personnel.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorized access, and you are entitled to exercise the rights set out in Articles 15–22 of European Regulation No. 679/2016 by writing to info@beeventi.com.
The data will be stored for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed (“storage limitation principle” pursuant to Article 5 GDPR) and/or for the time necessary for legal obligations and/or until consent is withdrawn, where the processing is based on such legal basis. The check on the obsolescence of the data stored in relation to the purposes for which they were collected is carried out periodically.
All data acquired through the online services offered by the Data Controller may be communicated to internal staff or collaborators, but in any case will not be communicated or disclosed to other parties except with the user’s express consent.
